Martin Zahlbruckner is Chief Executive Officer at delfort since March 2006. His professional career started in 1989 at the Institute for European Law, Johannes Kepler University in Linz/Austria. From 1995 to 1997 he was responsible for Legal and M&A at Trierenberg Holding in Traun, Austria. In 1997 he was appointed Managing Director or OP papìrna, s.r.o., Czech Republic. From 2000 till 2006 Martin held the position of CFO of Trierenberg Holding, including the business responsibility for the Graphical Business and Pressure Sensitive Industry.
Martin holds a Ph.D. in Law from Johannes Kepler University in Linz/Austria and followed executive management courses at St. Gallen (Switzerland), IMD Lausanne and Columbia University to name a few. Further, he is Chairman of the Association of Austrian Paper Industry as well as a Board Member of CEPI and serves as member of Supervisory Boards in Financial Institutions.
Marco Eikelenboom has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Sappi Europe since
April 2021. Marco also currently holds the position of Chairperson for CEPI, a leading and
influential trade association in the forest and bio-based industry sector.
His professional career started in 1992 with KNP Fine Paper in The Netherlands and after
several commercial positions in Maastricht and Paris, he was appointed Manager Corporate
Planning when KNP Leykam was acquired by Sappi Ltd in 1997. Following this corporate
strategy position, Marco took on the role as Managing Director of Sappi Benelux and left in
2002 to Sappi’s global Head Office in Johannesburg to become Marketing Director. Marco
came back to Brussels as Director Marketing & Sales in 2005 and after the acquisition and
integration of M-real Graphics in 2008, he assumed the global commercial responsibilities for
the Graphics business of Sappi Europe as Vice-President Marketing & Sales.
Marco holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the Erasmus University
Rotterdam and followed executive management courses at INSEAD, IMD and MIT Sloane
School of Management.
He lives with his wife Renée in Brussels and has 3 sons, of which one is an associate at The
Boston Consulting Group in Amsterdam and 2 are at University in the Netherlands.

Catholic University of Portugal (1998).
António Redondo also holds the position of President of Biond (Forest Fibers from Portugal);
Director of CIP (Confederation of Portuguese Business); Member of the Board of CEPI
(Confederation of European Paper Industries); Member of the Board of Euro-Graph (European
Association of Graphic Paper Producers); Member of the Board of AmCham ( American Chamber
of Commerce); Member of the Academy of Engineering; Member of Portuguese Order of
Engineers; Visiting Associate Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Faculty of
Science and Technology, University of Coimbra; Visiting Professor in the Department of
Materials Science at NOVA School of Science and Technology, NOVA University Lisbon.
Mag. Sigrid Eckhardt is Managing Director of Austropapier, the Austrian paper and pulp association since April 2022 and co-managing director of ÖZEPA since 2022. Her focus lies on overall responsibility, political lobbying, stakeholder management at national and European level, strategy development, compliance, and human resources and organisational development. In addition to her current role at Austropapier, she has served as chair of the Austrian Paper Industry Training Association (Schulverein) since May 2026 and is in her new role responsible for education and training at the paper industry own training center.
Prior to this, she was Head of Corporate Affairs at Danone AT/CH from 2016 to 2022. There, she led the Public Affairs, Communications, CSR and Governmental Affairs departments, served as Group Spokesperson and was responsible for crisis management, diversity management and sustainability management based on ESG criteria. She also brings extensive board experience, functioning as a board member of the World Energy Council, the ADG at Cepi and Vice-President of the food banks Austria.
Carlos Anibal Almeida currently serves as Suzano’s Executive Vice-President where he leads Suzano Europe Business Development and oversees the company’s Global Procurement. Since joining the management board in 2008, Carlos has taken on senior responsibilities across several areas, including Pulp P&L, Paper Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, and, most recently, Forestry Operations. In addition to his role at Suzano, Carlos Anibal acts as Vice-Chairman of Lenzing’s Supervisory Board and contributes as a board member for Spinnova. His academic credentials include a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), an MBA from IBMEC in São Paulo and participation in the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard. Carlos Anibal’s previous board experience also extends to Ibema, a cartonboard producer in Brazil and Portocel, a sea port terminal also located in Brazil.

Mr. Tillman is working as Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at ResourceWise.
Providing business intelligence consultancy and training services for the Forestry,
Pulp, Paper&Board industry sector.
Previously Mr. Tillman worked at RdM Group (Reno de Medici) as Chief
Innovation&Sustainability Officer, additionally responsible for Technical Customer
Service and Risk Management, at the Head Office in Milano, Italy, member of the
Corporate Management Team. Representing the company in the 4Evergreen
strategic task force.
Before joining RdM Mr. Tillman held different at IKEA of Sweden for six years as
Sustainability Paper Expert, Project Leader in both Packaging Development and
Sourcing as well as Wood Supply&Forestry at the Head Office in Älmhult, Sweden.
Starting in 1990 Mr. Tillman successfully spent more than 20 years in the
Pulp&Paper Industry holding positions in R&D, Production, Operations as well as
Head Office Management positions in the areas of Sustainability, Energy,
Environment, Health&Safety and Risk Management for SCA, SCA Packaging and
DS Smith. 12 years were spent at the SCA Packaging Head Office in Brussels also
representing the company in trade associations, e.g CEPI and Fefco.
Mr. Tillman, born in 1965, is of Swedish nationality and has a background of
Chemical Engineering at the Lund Institute of Technology and Pulp&Paper
Technology at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
PhD in Paper Engineering with total professional experience of 20+ Years. Currently leading the fiber based packaging R&D team at the Nestlé in the Institute of Packaging Sciences located in Lausanne, Switzerland and working on high impact cross category projects at a global landscape and steering the concept-to-market journey of recyclable fiber-based food packaging solutions. Prior to Nestlé have worked at DIAGEO where have set up a world class packaging R&D center. Before DIAGEO have spent 10 years at ITC Limited in the Paper business where have worked on the development and commercialization of paper & paperboard grades for wide range of packaging applications.
Hanna Kalliomäki (M.Sc. (Econ.)) works as Chief Sustainability Officer at Paptic Ltd, a Finnish innovation and growth company for replacing the use of plastic with fiber-based and recyclable packaging materials in global market. Ms. Kalliomäki is an experienced sustainability professional with a background in Finnish forest-based biomaterials’ value chains and related regulation. She’s been working with sustainable forest management, production related sustainability performance as well as product specific calculations, testing and claims. Prior to working for forestry sector, she’s been working as strategic sustainability consultant for several industries. In private life, Ms. Kalliomäki is a sailor and carries a great concern of the condition of the Baltic Sea.
Dr. Anne Lamp is CEO and Co-Founder of the Hamburg-based traceless materials GmbH. Holding a PhD in process engineering, she is the inventor of the traceless® technology - an innovative process to turn agricultural residues into a natural biomaterial. Describing herself as an environmental scientist by conviction and a tech enthusiast by heart, she dedicated her work to solving the global plastic pollution: Guided by the principles of her voluntary work at the Cradle to Cradle NGO, she can benefit from her broad experience in biorefinery processes, commercial product development and process scale up as well as scientific impact assessment.
